Delivery Information

All products will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If for any reason we cannot dispatch an item(s) to you within 14 days of your order will be notify you by email, at which time you will be given the option to cancel the order and receive a refund in full.

Budget Pest Control Supplies cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the manufacturer, Delivery Company or any other third party.

To ensure best value for money each product delivery cost is based on size and weight. All orders that total a weight under 1KG will be despatched by 2nd class post.

Orders weighing over 1KG will be dispatched for next working day delivery at a cost of £6.99 per order (delivery by the end of the day). Deliveries on Saturdays may be made an additional charge subject to availability. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the North of Scotland will incur an additional charge of £15.00. Deliveries to the Channel Irelands, Republic of Ireland and other offshore destinations will incur an additional charge of £20.00. Service coverage limitations exist for some areas for next day deliveries.
All orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. All orders received after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, Public or Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
All Parcels will require a signature and will not be delivered without one. If, after two failed attempts, a delivery can not be made, a charge will be levied for each further attempt.

We ship our larger orders via Business Post and can provide all our customers with a delivery service with real time order tracking.
